Last week I posted about a cool project produced by Michael McMillian who plays Steve Newlin on True Blood. McMillian directed a short film called Charlie 13 about a boy named Charlie Tuttle. He lives in a world where everyone is required to get a government mandated tracking device implanted in them once they turn 13. The film is now available to watch and full and you can find it below!
